*The location for the Farmers Market is owned by Turning Point Community Church. They have given us permission to use the property, so please read the waiver below.

I have read and agree to abide by all Turner Farmers Market rules and policies, as well as all Federal, State, and local laws, codes, and regulations.

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Turning Point Church, and its officers, employees, representatives, and agents from and against all liability, claims, demands, losses, damages, levies, and causes of action or suits of any nature whatsoever arising out of or related to my activities at the 2022 Turner Farmers Market.

Indemnification shall include, and the 2022 Turner Farmers Market shall be entitled to recover, all reasonable attorney’s fees and costs at trial and on appeal.

I agree to exercise the utmost care in the use of facilities and the properties of the Turning Point Church and to cooperate with management. Permission to use the premises or facilities can be withdrawn at any time.

I agree not to hold the Turning Point Church, its officers, directors, employees, or agents for any loss or damage claimed by the vendor should such permission be withdrawn.
